Unity 3D Flow Machine

Flow machine is a two part extension containing FlowTexture and
FlowVolumes. Flow Texture uses advanced texture scrolling to visually
simulate the flow of water currents. Flow volumes simulates the flowing
of volumes of water over given geometry and around set obstacles.
